Since becoming Governor of Arkansas nearly a decade ago, Mike Huckabee has worked hard to make Arkansas one of the more tax-friendly states in the nation. Under Huckabee's leadership, according to the latest report by The Tax Foundation, Arkansas' per capita tax burden ranks below the national average.And it is about to get even better.
Governor Mike Huckabee has just announced that he intends to finish his final year in office "with a bang" by returning a significant portion of the state's projected $600 million surplus to the tax-payers.
